Visualising the factory
30.09.2022
If you would stand on our land in Akim Achiase right now, you wouldn’t see much of a factory yet. But we can already imagine how it looks with this first visualisation. This picture is simply a mockup of our new cocoa fruit factory and how it could look but the design is not final yet. So, don’t be surprised if it looks a little different afterwards! 😉
This factory will be the first of its kind and also the biggest cocoa fruit processing factory in Africa. We plan to open it in late 2022 or early 2023. The expansion allows us to scale our production tenfold, which means adding up to 250 new jobs for locals and young professionals. And most importantly we will be able to increase the number of cooperation partners by adding 10,000 smallholder farmers to our network.
